One of my cats had dental work done, and I'm trying to avoid needing to do that again. She loves her "treats" (oral hygiene chews); I hope they do help keep her teeth clean.

I bought this product because every cat I've owned has always had tartar problems. Dental cleanings are expensive and painful for cats. When I first gave her a chew, I had to cut it in half for her to eat it, and I put the bag away in the pantry on a high shelf. I left for the day and when I came home, I found that somehow she'd leapt to the shelf, knocked the bag down and eaten about half of the chews. The shelf is the same location where I keep Temptations treats and she'd never tried to get on the shelf before! This is a great product - I'd give it 6 stars if possible!

They were not hefty enough for my cat. The were too light and full of air for him to sink his teeth into so he won't touch them.
